Perhaps the experiences of your life have created a sense of hypervigilance, disconnection, and a sense of being trapped. Maybe you are ready to move forward to create meaning for yourself or for your family.
I’d be honored to partner with you as you regain a sense of control and start living in your present again, rather than feeling stuck in the past. Re-establishing a sense of safety and security, and returning once again to laughter and dreaming can be possible! Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable and overwhelming, but you're here because a part of you has hoped for something different. You deserve a safe space for your story to be heard and to heal, and I’d love to join you in this pursuit, to hope with you, and to celebrate your victories with you!
What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in very few sessions. ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART, clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.
