Direct primary care (DPC) and concierge medicine can look similar on the surface, since both involve a membership fee and personalized care. However, they are different in the following ways:
DPC does not bill insurance, while concierge medicine often does.
DPC often offers a lower monthly fee, while concierge medicine may have higher annual or monthly fees.
DPC focuses on comprehensive primary care, while concierge medicine often emphasizes enhanced access and luxury services.
-
For a patient, DPC is often more cost efficient than the costs of traditional insurance. Think of DPC as prepaid, transparent care versus unpredictable, marked up care with monthly premiums and out of pocket costs until you hit your deductible.
For everyday care, DPC replaces both the premium and the visit cost. You’re not having to decide “can I afford to go in?” every time something comes up.
Also, because we have partnerships with agencies that provide cash pricing, labs, medications, and imaging are dramatically less expensive. Insurance pricing is often inflated due to negotiated rates and billing structures. Patients save the most money here, this is one of the biggest hidden advantages.
-
No problem! We offer in-house X-Ray imaging services, with immediate or same day appointments available. X-Ray scans are charged a flat rate of $50 per body part for Vitality members, and $100 per body part for non-members.

Play therapy helps children express feelings they may not have the words for by using play as their natural language. Through toys, art, and imagination, children can safely act out emotions and experiences. With a therapist’s support, they begin to understand those feelings and learn healthier ways to express them.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in a few sessions. ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART, clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.
