I am a board-certified family physician dedicated to helping individuals and families pursue lifelong vitality through compassionate, relationship-centered care. With professional experience ranging from military medicine to large healthcare systems, I bring a deep awareness of the real challenges people face and the importance of keeping communities strong, healthy, and engaged.

Emily McCoun

I am a counseling intern who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe that healing begins with genuine connection, and I strive to listen to my clients with compassion and empathy. My counseling approach centers on building trusting relationships by meeting clients where they are and encouraging them as the navigate life’s challenges. I recognize that every person’s story is unique, and I am committed to walking alongside clients with patience, respect, and understanding as they work toward their personal goals.

Kirsten Betterton

I am a counseling intern, longing to help people feel known, loved and seen. I believe healing can take place when we feel wholly safe sharing with a trusted person - who can help us explore our struggles, see ourselves clearly, and think about how our bodies are holding our stressors. Partnering with my clients to understand the beauty, purpose and hope in their stories is my goal and I’m excited to work with a wide range of clients, including couples and children.  I will be graduating from Erskine University in pursuit of a professional counseling license in the Spring of 2027.
