Vitality Direct Primary Care is a whole-person care clinic seeking to promote spiritual, emotional, and physical vitality for all ages. Core services include Family Medicine and Mental Health Counseling. We intend to provide compassionate and personalized care for our patients.

With professional experience ranging from military medicine to large healthcare systems, I bring a deep awareness of the real challenges people face and the importance of keeping communities strong, healthy, and engaged.

Becky Hecht, LPC/A, M.A.

I am a licensed counselor who specializes in play therapy and trauma-informed care for children, adolescents, and adults. I have extensive experience providing mental health services in both nonprofit and traditional environments, which allows me to support individuals across a wide range of backgrounds and needs. I am passionate about building safe, trusting relationships where healing can take root, resilience can grow, and every person is supported in becoming their healthiest self.
