Vitality Direct Primary Care is a whole-person care clinic seeking to promote spiritual, emotional, and physical vitality for all ages. Core services include Family Medicine and Mental Health Counseling. We intend to provide compassionate and personalized care for our patients.

We exist to help every person thrive - emotionally, spiritually, and physically - through a personalized, relationship-centered approach to health and vigorous longevity. Our collaborative direct primary care model ensures accessible, comprehensive support, expanding over time to include counseling, physical training, nutrition services, and care for those who cannot afford it.
