X-ray
$100
We offer in-house X-ray imaging services, with immediate or same day appointments available. X-ray scans are charged a flat rate of $50 per body part for Vitality members, and $100 per body part for non-members.
Mental Health Counseling
$130 Compassionate, and strengths-based counseling for children, adolescents, and adults, grounded in the belief that healing occurs best in the context of safety, connection, and understanding. Our counselor specializes in trauma work, as well as working through anxiety, challenges experienced during childhood of all kinds, and life transitions. With children, she utilizes a components-based, flexibly sequential play therapy treatment modality. With all clients, she utilizes accelerated resolution therapy (ART), internal family systems, and offers a safe space to heal. She aims not only to reduce symptoms, but to help clients build resilience, confidence, and skills that support long-term emotional well-being.
Direct Primary Care
$80 every month
Family Medicine services for all ages are provided using a monthly membership model rather than billing insurance for services. Patients will have direct access to their physician by phone or text. Monthly membership includes all office visits for acute, chronic, or preventive care. Point of care testing (viral testing, ECG, pregnancy test, etc.) will be provided at no extra cost. Procedures, imaging and labs will be offered at affordable rates.
Body Composition Analysis
$125
Just how much junk is in your trunk? DEXA Scan is the most accurate method of body composition analysis to guide your nutrition and exercise routine to optimize lean muscle mass and reduce body fat. DEXA Scan does what the scale can not; it provides body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and bone density, also providing data by body region (trunk, legs, arms). Our physician will then provide a nutrition and workout plan to help you meet your goals.
