With children, she utilizes a components-based, flexibly sequential play therapy treatment modality. With all clients, she utilizes accelerated resolution therapy (ART), internal family systems, and offers a safe space to heal. She aims not only to reduce symptoms, but to help clients build resilience, confidence, and skills that support long-term emotional well-being.
